My wife and I have put our house on the market.  We aren’t even sure why other than we have found a home we are interested in but it’s def. not a “must have” home.  If we sell our home, great, if not, that’s fine too.  This is the way that I’d rather sell my home anyway.  I don’t want to be in a position to have to accept the first offer that comes along.  I will blog on this regularly.  It was officially on the market yesterday, on the realtors website with pictures today.

On another note, I’m taking enRgy daily.  I have not taken the MA+since Sunday.  While I believe it is a good product, I can’t stand taking it.  It clumps up really bad and foams.  So this product will most likely go unused.  A recent conference call indicated that they have reformulated the product and this should fix the clumping and foaming.  I will blog more on that if I get to that product.  Right now, it’s 10 in 1 and enRgy.

Back to work!

It’s been a great Thanksgiving Holiday.  I had an enjoyable time with family during this long weekend.  We spend time with my family and Elizabeth’s family.  While I ate more than I have been in the past, I still felt that I did pretty good overall in not over indulging too much.  I had a few desserts, some bread, etc…, things that I don’t typically eat on an average day.  However, it’s the holidays and I’m going to enjoy them.  Per my previous post, I did get backon the GBG’s enRgy vitamin as well as GBG’s MA+ and will log the results as I move forward.

Losing Weight

This post is to post a little of what I have been focusing on for the past several months.  While I’ve never considered myself “obese” or anything, I weigh more than I want to weigh.  I’m 38 years, 6′3″ tall and my weight for the most part has been around 240 – 242.  I’ve been as high as 246. 

The biggest concern for me was the high blood pressure, bad back and just overall damage that I was doing to myself because of a very inactive lifestyle, overeating and just plain poor nutrition habits.  I made a decision to get healthy.  I began by taking GBG’s 10 in 1 Liquid Vitamin.  I did this because I needed to get on a good vitamin.  To me, a Liquid vitamin was a no brainer.  I realize that no matter how good I eat, I would still be defiecient in many of the vitamins and minerals that I need on a daily basis.  Because of the 10 in 1, I’m confident that my body is getting what it needs.   I have also taken the step of implementing an exercise routine.  Let me say that by adding the vitamin to my daily habit, first thing in the morning, I feel better and had the energy to get the exercise routing started. 

My routing has been, for the most part, 30 minutes on an eliptical, every morning.  I’ve peppered my routing with some weight lifting as well but I knew to lose weight, I needed some cardio.

Fast forward, currently I am averaging around 218lbs.  That is around a 20lb weight loss, give or take a pound.  At this point, I can’t seem to get any more weight off.  My doctor thinks that my body would be very healthy around 205 – 210 but if you look at other information, it says that I need to be around 185 – 190.  I personally don’t want.  I am feeling skinny now.   So here is what I’m going to do and will blog about it moving forward.

I used “the google” to get a definition of Amalaki and came across this.
